Broxmead Beef Bourguignonne – Succulent, locally farmed and sourced beautiful British beef, vegetables and red wine cooked to perfection! Served with mini roast potatoes and vegetables
Beef Lasagne - Locally farmed and sourced beef in home made tomato sauce layered with cheese sauce and served with salad.
Bangers and Mash - 3 locally sourced and produced lamb and herb or venison, cheddar and herb sausages served with mashed potato and vegetables. Please note – neither of these contain pork.
Gammon Steak – Fresh gammon steak served with pineapple, new potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Sea Bass - Locally sourced, seasoned and baked in the oven with fresh herbs. Served with sizzled ginger, chilli & spring onions topping, new potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Salmon fillet - Locally sourced, seasoned and baked with fresh herbs. Served with watercress sauce, new potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Sussex Smokie – Fish Pie Smoked haddock and shrimps in mozzarella and cheddar cheese sauce served with new potatoes and salad.
Mushroom, courgette and goats cheese bake – served with new potatoes and salad.
Goats Cheese salad – served with apple, walnuts and honey dressing.
Stuffed Peppers – oven cooked peppers with a rice and vegetable stuffing topped with grated cheddar cheese. Served with a mixed salad accompaniment.
